A cognitive ability assessment or cognitive test is a measurement of mental performance. It can be executed by different methods such as, solving mathematical problems, or identifying general intelligence. There are some cognitive ability tests to determine one's mental condition like general aptitude, logical reasoning, etc. It is very useful for cognitive impairment, i.e., lacking in knowledge, thoughts and mindset.
